NADESHIKO925 is a Thai wholesaler and OEM partner for sterling silver and solid brass jewellery, working with wholesale and OEM customers worldwide.

Orders

All orders are confirmed after the product selection, specifications, quantity, pricing, and production requirements have been agreed upon.

For custom or OEM orders, production begins after the design and specifications have been approved.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is based on the agreed product specifications and, where applicable, the actual weight of the finished piece.

Silver prices may vary according to the current cost of raw sterling silver and the final weight of the product.

Custom work, molds, engraving, special finishing, and other additional requirements may incur additional charges.

Production

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, design complexity, finishing requirements, material availability, and production conditions.

For larger or custom orders, the estimated production schedule will be confirmed before production begins.

Product approval

For applicable orders, photographs of the finished pieces may be provided for confirmation before the remaining balance is due.

Approval of the finished product confirms acceptance of the agreed specifications.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed individually for each order.

Unless otherwise agreed, production and shipment proceed according to the payment schedule confirmed with the customer.

Cancellations & changes

Changes or cancellations after production has started may not be possible and may result in additional costs.

Custom-made products, molds, and specially produced items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand.

NADESHIKO925 ships from Thailand to customers worldwide. Customers may arrange their own collection or request courier delivery.

Courier delivery

Shipping costs depend on the destination, parcel size, weight, and selected courier service. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs & import duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NADESHIKO925 does not control the customs procedures or charges applied by the destination country.

Collection

Customers may collect completed orders directly from our shop or an agreed collection point in Thailand. Collection arrangements must be confirmed in advance.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email so you can check its status directly through the courier’s own website.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.

NADESHIKO925 is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item, then contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number. We will review each case and work toward a fair resolution.

NADESHIKO925 works primarily with wholesale, reseller, and OEM customers.

Wholesale

Our wholesale model is designed for businesses purchasing jewellery for resale.

Pricing may be calculated according to material weight, production requirements, quantity, and finishing.

OEM & custom production

Customers may select from existing designs or request custom modifications and new designs.

Custom production may require additional costs for molds, tooling, engraving, development, or special finishing. Production begins after specifications have been confirmed.

Materials

Products are clearly identified according to their material. Sterling silver products are made from 925 sterling silver. Solid brass products are made from solid brass.

Finishes such as polishing, oxidation, or plating are surface treatments applied to the underlying material and do not replace it.

Product variations

Because our products are manufactured individually, minor variations in weight, dimensions, surface finish, and appearance may occur.

For silver products, the final weight may vary slightly from an initial estimate.

Sterling silver naturally changes over time when exposed to air, moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, and certain substances. This natural change is part of the character of silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

To maintain the original appearance, avoid prolonged contact with chemicals, perfume, chlorine, and excessive moisture. Store pieces in a dry place when not in use.

A silver polishing cloth can be used to restore the surface when appropriate.

Oxidized and intentionally finished pieces may naturally change with wear and should be cared for accordingly.
